6:30am I woke up around six at Sam's. I took my last couple hits of weed. I'm walking to the bus stop to see if I get a courtesy ride. I'm going to walk to Crossroads Park and Ride.
There goes the 92 right there.
6:45am A.Z. Hernandez. I asked him, "Sir, can I get a courtesy ride?" He was all, "No, this is like the fourth time you ask me." I told him, "Oh alright, I was just testing you. Your greedy ass failed." I'm in no hurry though. I'm just going to chill here and smoke a cigarette. Good things come to those who wait.
7:00am Whoa, I had a badass presentation with this lady who just walked by. At first she commented on my outfit. She was all, "Oh, that's so nice." She was an older hippie lady, I think. She was all against marijuana though. She was all, "No, no, no. Peace will come from the truth, not some chemical." I told her it would be a surprise. I got all the way where I tell her that I'm the catalyst and the bus came.
7:07am E. Hernandez told me no. He said, "No, I helped you last time. Sorry."
7:15am The stupid security guard. The little piglet came up to me and asked me, "What bus are you catching?" I told her the 92. She told me, "The next one you have to get on it." I told her, "Alright, hopefully I'll get a courtesy ride."
7:20am Mr. Vasquez told me no. Haha, I yelled that real loud so he could hear me.
8:00am I have to make an update. Oh yeah, I ended up walking all the way from Crossroads. It started pouring bad. I can't go hiking today. I was supposed to go hiking with Melissa, but not now. I walked over to the Chevron in front of Graham Central Station on Fredericksburg. I'm just hanging out here under the eave, hoping I get a cigarette. None of the bus drivers hooked me up with a courtesy ride at Crossroads.
8:03am Manuel is hooking me up with a cigarette at the Chevron. I appreciate it, brother.
2216 told me no in the rain.
8:24am I am walking in the rain now. I got tired of waiting for courtesy at the Chevron. Right now I am cutting through Oak Hills Country Club. Makin' an appearance.
I am going to take a drizzly stroll through the lion's den.
8:47am I am at University Hospital now. I just took my little hike through the UT Health Science Center.
The letter of the day is J. Let me check my transfer-stash.
9:10am Arthur hooked me up with a cigarette at the transfer center. I appreciate it, brother. Everybody gets credit, thanks.
9:29am John hooked me up with a cigarette at the hospital. I appreciate it, brother.
10:23am Just got off the 610 at the Citgo by my mom's.
10:25am I was walking towards my mom's house. All of a sudden Gwedo, my old friend pulls his car over and says, "Hey, what's up? Gwedo!" He told me to get in his car and that we were going to smoke a bowl! I appreciate it, bro.
10:30am Gwedo's phone number. 210-364-2638
Man, that was just awesome! Right after I walked past the Citgo I hear, "Yo!" My friend Gwedo pulled over for me. He's Marisa and Piñeiro's son. These Puertorican friends of my mom's. Gwedo smoked out and he even kicked me down a little nugget!
It's some good-ass weed. It's all piney. Yum.
That was perfect! I was all bummed out that I wasn't going to have any weed to clean my mom's house with. The universe provides. I am happy.
Oh yeah, and also I just remembered my mom had bought me this dinky blue water bottle. When she had given it to me I told her, "Umm, when my Nalgene dies I'm just going to buy another one. I like the Nalgene." But now, since I lost my Nalgene running for the bus, I am glad I have a backup. Thanks, mom.
She said she left me a list somewhere. Let me find it.
Damnit, the kitchen light is still broken.
Okay, here's the note. It says, in Spanish, "Vic, please sweep and mop the living room, the hallway, the dining room and the kitchen. Good-good, smiley face. Tomorrow clean the furniture, the mantle and the window ledges. I love, you, mom."
I'm all stoned. Oh yeah, I'm going to get to eat me a big bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
1:17pm I just finished cleaning all badass. I mopped, swept the living room and the kitchen and the hallway. Everything on the list. I'm done for today. That didn't take long at all. My mom is going to love it. The house looks really clean now.
I really love the tile floor she had put in.
